Happy Easter everyone.
We have a few things coming up on the calendar, first I'll start with take a ticket tuesday.
Closing Tuesday Night:
April 11 New Pioneer Last Waukee Meet. Take tickets for either 100 singles or 100 skeet - You do have the option to shoot both
Open Tickets
April 18th
Black Oak Clays 100 target sporting clays and 50 skeet. Pella, Ia
Jags Din Meet - 50 target meet with options for singles, handicap and doubles. Hosted at Ankeny Ikes
You must choose one of these two events, we will also need enough coaches to cover.
4/16 Is our Hy Vee fund raiser. We need to fill volunteer spots, then the rest of the team needs to bring as many as possible to eat. The team gets $2 for each meal sold. Friday 4/10 practice. I would like to have any one interested in helping our fundraiser on May 9th meet during practice for a 15-20 minute meeting at 630pm. This is the last year Bonnie is available to help us with concessions and we need to start working on sponsorship forms. May 9th is Cash for Clays and the entire team will be asked to participate.

I received an email from SCTP which I posted to the calendar. We are only 3-4 weeks into the season and its already time to start thinking about nationals and state. We will pre register for as many events as possible, so will be asking for commitments early.
Thursday, Skeet and hopefully 5 stand practice. I thought if I set up a ticket for the season, it would stay open. Not so much. I'll need each athlete to take a ticket at the end of practice. Most completed this. Those who didn't will need to take a ticket before and after practice.
Monday practice, we will continue where we left off for the focus practice. Come prepared to identify your pre shot routine, which we will drill in.
