A few updates today. First, on this Veterans Day, please take a moment to thank those who have served in the military, also take a moment to remember those who have sacrificed in the service of our country.
I have a few updates on fundraising. We will be trading steak night on the 17th for a grocery sacking event on 11/23 from 10-2, Ill post a sign up genius for the slots. We will repeat this again on 12/22. Its a great way to promote the team and typically shoppers reward us well.
The pop 3 fundraiser is now complete. The team generated $5,300 in proceeds.
It’s the off season, and practices have ended, but work continues. The Midway Grant is one of the most important funding pieces for team operations. The grant window is Oct 15-Dec 15 is quite in depth. Prior to the the next years application is an After Action Review, which Im working on as we speak.
